Terms of service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Solvio ("Solvio", "we") for using Solvio Connect at solviosystems.com. By creating an account you accept them.

The service

Solvio Connect helps you run your business: bookings and gigs, customers and partners, staff sheets, chat, invoices issued by Solvio, and tax figures. The features you get depend on your plan and the services you connect.

Your account

Keep your login safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for the access you give your team. You must be an adult and use Solvio for your business or profession.

Invoices and Verifactu

  • Solvio issues your invoices: when you approve one, Solvio gives it the next number in its series and locks it so it can't be changed.
  • For now they are ordinary invoices. Solvio does not yet send invoice records to the tax agency (Verifactu): that will go through Solvio's own system once it is certified, which is not live yet. Until then, any Verifactu option in Solvio only makes a test record that isn't sent to the tax agency.
  • You're responsible for the data on your invoices (customers, amounts and taxes) and for checking it before you approve them.
  • Tax figures in Solvio (such as Modelo 130 or IGIC) are a guide based on the data you enter. They aren't tax advice: filing your taxes remains your responsibility or your gestor's.

Payments and money

Solvio is not a bank or a payment institution, and it never holds your money.

  • Card payments are processed by Stripe, in your own Stripe account and under Stripe's terms. Stripe pays the money into your bank account. Solvio only passes the payment on and records the result.
  • Bizum and bank transfers go straight from your customer's bank to yours. Solvio shows your details on the invoice copy and lets you mark it paid; it never touches the money.
  • Where a Solvio fee applies to a payment, the fee is shown before you turn that feature on and on each charge, and Stripe deducts it from that payment. Everything is free during your trial.
  • Refunds, disputes and chargebacks are handled in Stripe, between you, Stripe and your customer.

Connected services

When you connect Gmail, Outlook, MailerLite or other services, you allow us to use them only for the features you ask for. Those services have their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time.

Open banking (connecting your bank)

  • Connecting your bank is optional. The connection is made by the provider named on the connect screen, under its own terms, which you accept with it (Enable Banking, Lunch Flow). Solvio only receives what that provider reads from your bank with your consent.
  • Access is read-only: Solvio can't make payments or move money.
  • What Solvio works out from your bank (expenses found, pots, tax figures) is a guide based on what your bank sends. Check it before relying on it, as with other tax figures (see "Invoices and Verifactu").
  • Your bank or the provider may end the permission or stop answering; Solvio then shows Reconnect. We aren't responsible for a bank's or a provider's outages.
  • You can disconnect at any time on the Bank page. What happens to the data is in the Privacy policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the app before you pay, or agreed with you in writing. Paid plans renew each month until you cancel. Prices don't include taxes (IGIC or IVA), which are added as required. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change. While Solvio is in preview, some features may be free; we'll tell you before anything you use becomes paid.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You can export it at any time from Exports. We only use it to provide Solvio, as set out in our Privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Solvio to break the law, send spam, upload harmful code, try to get into other accounts, or overload the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Solvio available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.

Liability

We provide Solvio with reasonable care and skill. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for tax penalties caused by incorrect data entered into Solvio. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time. Export your data first: we delete it within 30 days, as described in the Privacy policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, warning you first where possible.

Data processing on your behalf

When you put your clients', guests' or partners' personal data into Solvio, you're the controller and we're your processor (art. 28 GDPR). We will:

  • process it only to provide Solvio and on your instructions, which are these terms and how you use the app;
  • make sure everyone with access to it is bound to confidentiality;
  • protect it with appropriate security measures;
  • use only the subprocessors listed in our Privacy policy, and tell you before adding new ones so you can object;
  • help you answer requests from the people the data is about, and with security and data protection assessments;
  • tell you without undue delay about any personal data breach affecting your data;
  • delete or return the data when you close your account, unless the law requires us to keep it;
  • give you the information needed to show we comply with this section.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute goes to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, unless the law says otherwise.
