Invoicing

Solvio runs the business and numbers the invoices. Your gestor does the tax.

Every invoice is numbered by Solvio itself, filled in from the work you’ve already done, so nobody types an invoice twice. Certified Verifactu issuing through Solvio’s own system is not live yet — today they are ordinary invoices, and nothing is sent to the tax agency.

No separate invoicing software to set up or pay for.

  1. 1

    The work happens in Solvio

Gigs, bookings, partner sales and orders are recorded as they happen, by you or your team.

  2. 2

    Solvio numbers the invoice

The next number in its series, with IGIC, IRPF and your bank details applied for you. Ordinary invoices for now: certified Verifactu is not live yet.

  3. 3

    Paid, matched, filed

The invoice goes to the customer, payments are tracked, and the tax figures are ready for your gestor.

Each invoice gets the next number in its series from Solvio’s server, so two phones can never hand out the same number.

IGIC, the small-business exemption, IRPF and your bank details go on every invoice automatically.

Issued invoices are locked in Solvio too: they can't be edited or deleted, only marked paid or on hold.

Spanish taxes, Canary Islands included

IGIC or IVA, IRPF and English, handled properly.

Every invoice carries the right tax for where you work: IGIC in the Canary Islands, with its €50,000 small-business exemption, or IVA in the rest of Spain, plus the IRPF your clients hold back. And it’s built for the many businesses that work in English.

€50,000IGIC exemption limit tracked for you, with a warning before you pass it
15% · 7%IRPF held back by venues, set once and applied to every invoice
130 · IGIC · rentaFigures worked out each quarter and year, with where and when to file

Use it in English; invoices and filings carry the Spanish the law needs.
